AbiRose Care Group is seeking Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals in their own homes. We cover Greenwich, Bexley & Kent. areas.

Your Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals with their daily routines in a way that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life. The kind of care you’d offer is what you’d expect from a caring family member.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Night Care – Providing overnight support and reassurance for clients as needed
• Morning Personal Care – Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication Support – Prompting or assisting with medication
• Meal Preparation – Shopping, cooking, and ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Mobility Support – Helping individuals move safely around their homes
• Household Tasks – Light cleaning, laundry, and home upkeep
• Community Access – Supporting clients with outings, appointments, and social activities
• Companionship – Engaging in conversation, reassurance, and emotional support

• ✔ A caring, sensitive, and self-motivated nature
• ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ✔ Flexibility to work – days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts
• ✔ A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred for domiciliary/community roles)
• ✔ Experience in care (advantageous but not essential – full training provided)
• ✔ Right to work in the UK
